Cancellations by guests

1. Cancellation made before the 90 days’ departure
   • you will get 100% refund for the payment you made.
   • Also, you will be charged no extra cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation made before 60-89 days before
   • You will get 75% of the paid amount.
   • Also, a sum. Of 25% will be retained as a cruise fare fees for cancellation.
3. Cancellation made within 30 to 59 days before the departure
   • You will be deducted for 50% Of the total cruise fare.
   • We will also retain 50% cruise fare as a cancellation fees.
4. Cancellation made within 15 to 29 days before the departure
   • You will be deducted for 25% Of the total cruise fare.
   • We will also retain 75% cruise fare as a cancellation fees.
5. Cancellation made within 0 to 14 days before the departure
   • Customers will not get any refund for the cancellation within this time frame.
   • We will also retain 100% cruise fare as a cancellation fees.
